Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in all of our lodges.

We provide a self check in. You will be sent an email before your stay with directions to your lodge and the key code. There is no need to let us know when you plan to check in as long as it is after 15:00.

We have dish and hand soap provided but you will need to bring your own shower soaps.

There is a restaurant on site as well as a café across the bridge at the neighbouring holiday park. We advise you check the opening days and times to know when they are open. It is a self catering holiday so you will likely want to bring some food.

Unfortunately there isn’t a shop at Felmoor Park but just over the bridge into our partnering holiday park is a shop with some essentials you may need. Additionally, there is a Morrisons 9 miles south in Morpeth. There is also a Sainsburys 10 miles north in Alnwick.

Yes, we have complimentary tea and coffee packets for your enjoyment as well as a luxury welcome pack.
